Standard Cleaning (RM85) is a surface-level service: filter and cover cleaning, blower wipedown, no dismantling. Chemical Wash (RM160 for 1.0-1.5 HP wall) is a full-dismantle deep clean using chemical solutions on the coil, plus a drainage flush — recommended for units that smell, are weak, or haven't been serviced in over a year. Chemical Wash also comes with a 1-month gas warranty.
Standard Cleaning takes about 30-45 minutes per unit. Chemical Wash (full dismantle) takes 2-3 hours per wall unit and longer for ceiling cassette units.
Yes! We provide 30-day workmanship warranty for water leaking issues and 90-day warranty on spare parts replaced. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, we'll fix it free of charge.
