Chemical Wash (RM160 for 1.0-1.5 HP wall) is a full-dismantle deep clean using chemical solutions on the coil, plus a drainage flush — recommended for units that smell, are weak, or haven't been serviced in over a year. Chemical Wash also comes with a 1-month gas warranty.

Standard Cleaning takes about 30-45 minutes per unit. Chemical Wash (full dismantle) takes 2-3 hours per wall unit and longer for ceiling cassette units.

Yes! We provide 30-day workmanship warranty for water leaking issues and 90-day warranty on spare parts replaced. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, we'll fix it free of charge.

Absolutely not. We provide transparent, upfront pricing. Any additional work will be quoted and approved before proceeding. Gas top-up is only charged if pressure readings indicate a deficiency – we won't charge you for gas you don't need.

Yes, the diagnostic fee is RM75. This covers transport, professional troubleshooting, and a circuit board and sensor check. The fee is waived if you proceed with our recommended repair.

No, gas is charged separately only if needed. We check pressure readings during service and only top up if there's a deficiency. Gas top-up starts from RM40 depending on the model, and comes with a 1-month warranty.
