Unlike chemical wash which cleans the unit in place, chemical overhaul involves completely dismantling your indoor unit and taking it to a controlled environment for deep cleaning. This allows us to reach every nook and cranny that’s impossible to clean while the unit is on the wall.

- You’ve had multiple chemical washes but odors persist

Our Chemical Overhaul Process
Step 1: Refrigerant Pump Down
We safely transfer the refrigerant gas from the indoor unit to the outdoor compressor, preventing any gas loss.
Step 2: Complete Dismantling
The entire indoor unit is removed from the wall. We disconnect all electrical connections and copper piping carefully.
Step 3: Deep Chemical Soak
All components - evaporator coil, water tray, fan blower, and body chassis - are submerged in our chemical solution for deep cleaning.
Step 4: High-Pressure Wash
After soaking, every component is thoroughly rinsed with high-pressure water in a controlled bathroom/outdoor environment.
Step 5: Drying & Reassembly
Components are dried completely before reassembly to prevent any moisture issues.
Step 6: Vacuum & Recommission
Once reinstalled, we vacuum the copper pipes to remove air and moisture, then release the refrigerant and check gas pressure.
Step 7: Performance Test
We run the unit for 15-20 minutes to ensure optimal cooling and no leaks.
