Unlike general servicing which uses water and brushes, chemical wash involves applying alkaline-based chemical solutions that break down grime, bacteria, and mold that have accumulated deep within the coil fins.

Our Chemical Wash Process
Step 1: Preparation
We protect your walls and flooring, then remove the front panel and filters to access the evaporator coil.
Step 2: Chemical Application
Our alkaline-based chemical solution is sprayed onto the evaporator coil, breaking down stubborn grime, mold, and bacteria.
Step 3: High-Pressure Rinse
Using high-pressure water, we thoroughly rinse the coil and blower wheel, flushing out all dissolved contaminants.
Step 4: Drainage Flush
We chemically flush the drainage pan and pipe to remove jelly buildup that causes water leaking.
Step 5: Final Check
After reassembly, we run the unit to verify proper cooling and airflow.
