Most Common Questions
We recommend servicing every 3-4 months for residential units. Commercial units may need more frequent maintenance depending on usage. Regular servicing prevents costly repairs and ensures efficient cooling.
Normal service is surface cleaning for regular maintenance – filter cleaning, basic coil wash, and drainage flush. Chemical wash uses specialized alkaline solutions to remove stubborn grime, mold, and bacteria for units with odors or reduced airflow. It's a deeper clean without dismantling.
General service takes about 30-45 minutes per unit. Chemical wash takes 1-1.5 hours. Chemical overhaul can take 2-3 hours as we completely dismantle the unit for deep cleaning.
Yes! We provide 30-day workmanship warranty for water leaking issues and 90-day warranty on spare parts replaced. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, we'll fix it free of charge.

We operate Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Pricing & Payment
Absolutely not. We provide transparent, upfront pricing. Any additional work will be quoted and approved before proceeding. Gas top-up is only charged if pressure readings indicate a deficiency – we won't charge you for gas you don't need.
Yes, troubleshooting/inspection has a RM50 fee. This covers transport and diagnosis time. However, this fee is waived if you proceed with our recommended repair.
No, gas is charged separately only if needed. We check the pressure readings during service and only recommend top-up if there's a deficiency. R22 gas costs RM20-50, R410A/R32 costs RM30-80 depending on amount needed.
Services
Our general service includes: cleaning of air filters and front panel, brush and water cleaning of evaporator coil, cleaning of blower wheel, flushing of drainage pan and pipe, and health check of outdoor compressor unit.
If your unit hasn't been serviced in over a year, has severe blockage, has persistent odors even after a chemical wash, or shows significantly reduced cooling, a full chemical overhaul is recommended. This involves complete dismantling for deep cleaning.
Yes, we service all major brands including Daikin, Panasonic, York, Mitsubishi, Acson, Midea, Samsung, LG, Sharp, and others. Our technicians are trained to work with all types of split units.
Yes, we provide chemical wash services for ceiling cassette and 4-way blow units, common in offices and retail spaces. Pricing starts from RM280 for 2.0-3.0 HP units.
